### Terms & Conditions – Custom CRM Software Development
This quotation is prepared for the development of a **Custom Multi-User CRM Software** based on the requirements and scope mutually agreed between the Developer and the Client. The application will be developed using **Angular for Frontend, .NET/ASP.NET Core for Backend, PostgreSQL for Database, Redis for caching, REST APIs, and required Third-Party API integrations**.
A **30% advance payment** is required for project confirmation and commencement of development. The remaining amount will be payable according to the mutually agreed development milestones. The advance amount will be considered against project planning, resource allocation, UI/architecture preparation, and development work and shall be **non-refundable once development has commenced**.
Development will be performed according to the **approved scope of work, modules, features, workflows, and integrations**. Any new feature, major modification, additional module, or integration requested by the Client after approval of the scope may require additional development time and will be **quoted and charged separately**.
The Client shall provide all necessary information, content, business rules, API credentials, third-party documentation, approvals, and feedback required for development. Any delay in providing these requirements or approvals may result in a corresponding extension of the project delivery timeline.
Charges related to **domain, hosting/cloud server, SSL, SMS/WhatsApp services, Email services, payment gateway, third-party APIs, licenses, subscriptions, or other external services** are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation and shall be borne by the Client.
Testing and reasonable bug fixes related to the approved development scope will be completed before final delivery. **Final production deployment, credentials, documentation, and source-code handover, where included in the agreed scope, will be provided after receipt of the full and final payment.**
Any maintenance, server management, future upgrades, additional development, new integrations, or ongoing technical support after the agreed support period will be handled under a **separate AMC/support agreement or additional quotation**.
By approving the quotation and making the advance payment, the Client confirms acceptance of the **project scope, payment milestones, development process, and these Terms & Conditions**.
